What does sacred mean? How do we come into contact with it? What nourishes our gestures?
Following the footsteps of Saint Francis, I held a workshop in a convent, where the relationship between spirituality and performance was explored, along with some insights into the figure of the saint. Through performance practice, movement in nature, reflection and sharing, the performers and I attempted to answer these questions.
Actions and gestures were presented in a double performance in the monastery of Greccio and in its main square.
